Scheduled Job Action - Metric Expiration
Some loyalty programs utilize the concept of "expiring" Metrics. If a Member doesn't use their earned Metrics within a defined time period, their Metrics will expire. Typically, a Member's Metric expiration is calculated whenever the platform records an Activity (of any type) for that Member. The Metric Expiration Action lets you calculate Members' Metric expiration based on a schedule, even for Members that haven't performed an Activity. The best practice recommendation is to run a Metric Expiration Scheduled Job once daily.
This Action has the following parameters:

All Members: Select Yes to evaluate all Members. Select No to specify one or more Members to evaluate.

Members: If you selected No above, search for and select the desired Member. Repeat this step as needed to add additional Members.
This Action type does not support the use of custom parameters.
